5. Leave the diet … Maintain a healthy lifestyle
Diet does not do it work.
It’s that simple. Of course, any form of dietary restriction that leads to a much lower calorie intake will help you lose some weight in the short term. But in the long run, most diets fall simply like a pack of cards! In fact, the diet may prepare you to gain weight in the future.
